 - Strong understanding of Architecture of OpenStack.- Familiar of OpenStack key services like Nova, Neutron, Keystone, Glance, Cinder etc.- Advanced systems-level Python programming skills- Strong scripting skills, using any of Perl, Python, Shell etc.- OpenStack upstream contribution experience. - Best to be Core developers in any of the OpenStack Projects.- Experience with source code management (ideally Github), packaging, CI /CD, configuration as code- Experience with OpenStack Deployment.- Strong skills developing or integrating OpenStack services.- Programming Language skill in python, java etc- Clear understanding of networkign concept. - Experience peer reviewing colleagues and open source code- Experience with SQL database
